Add an authenticator app
Each time you sign in, you will enter your password and a 6‑digit code from an app on your phone. This keeps your district's data safe even if someone learns your password.

Get an app
Install a free authenticator app on your phone, such as Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, or Duo Mobile. If you already use one, use that.

Send data for
Add your files. The page reads the column names in each file and tells you what kind of file it is before anything is sent. Each file goes into your private folder.
Send each file as it came out of your system. Excel can drop the leading zero from codes like 09, so a .txt or .csv file straight from your system is best.
